　【主講人簡介】

Reimund Schwarze教授是德國萊比錫亥姆霍茲聯(lián)合會的國家研究中心的氣候經(jīng)濟學負責人，是UCCRN（城市氣候變化研究機構）正在撰寫的第二份《城市氣候變化》評估報告(ARC3.2)中“經(jīng)濟、金融和私營部門的作用”章節(jié)的主要作者。

Prof. Dr. Reimund Schwarze is head of climate economics of the Helmholtz-Centre for Environmental Research-UFZ,Leipzig,Germany and the coordinating lead author of the Chapter “Economics,Finance,and the Role of the Private Sector” in the upcoming 2nd Assessment Report Climate Change in Cities (ARC3.2) of the Urban Climate Change Research Network (UCCRN).

【講座摘要】

報告基于主講人15年的研究經(jīng)驗，按照下述順序進行呈現(xiàn)：全球排放量及其全球性影響,百年《聯(lián)合國氣候變化框架公約》的歷史，巴黎協(xié)定（COP21）。通過討論得出以下問題的結論：巴黎協(xié)定是不是國際氣候政策的新希望？

The report is based on 15 years of research of reporter. It will be represented as below: Global emmisions and global impacts, 101 history of UNFCCC, Policy recommendations for Paris(COP21). Through a series of discussion, we will come to a conclusion: Is the COP21 the new hope of International climate policy or not?
